Abstract

The article describes the life and activities of the Professor L. V. Gorina, her studies at the History Faculty of the Moscow State University, her many years of work as a professor of the Department of the History of Southern and Western Slavs. The article emphasizes not only her organizing activity, but her own research as well. Professor Gorina is the author of six monographs and various other research works.
