Abstract

In December 1943, the Czechoslovak President Edvard Beneš visited Moscow to sign the agreement on mutual assistance and postwar cooperation with the Soviet Union. Then he had a long meeting with Czechoslovak Communists based in Moscow. Talks were focused on development of the national liberation movement and the peaceful arrange- ments on the territory of liberated Czechoslovakia.
