Abstract

The article highlights the work of Anna Solovyeva, who was one of the first research fellows of the Institute of Slavic Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (later the Russian Academy of Science), problematic of her works, her participation in the promotion of Czech literature, and support, which she rendered to her Czech colleagues, who fell in disgrace in their home-country after the «Prague Spring» had been suppressed.
