Zagreb 4 Plan: the lost chance of a peaceful settlement

Abstract

The article considers the issue of the Zagreb 4 Plan («Z-4») drawing-up which occurred at the end of 1994 – the beginning of 1995 and the events which were connected with this plan. The plan was aimed at a peaceful settlement in the relations between the Republic of Croatia and the self-proclaimed during the Yugoslav crisis in the former Yugoslavia. None of the conflict sides accepted the Plan.
