Abstract

The article introduces the text of the talk between the leaders of the USSR and Yugoslavia which took place on September, 28, 1960 in New York. On the basis of the Soviet and Yugoslav archive documents the author considers the events as an important period of the following rapid development of the relations between Moscow and Belgrade in the latter half of the 1960s.
