Abstract

The article is devoted to the history of the Albanian state creation which took place in 1913-1914. The research is based on the unpublished documents from Russian as well as foreign archives. The author pays special attention to the historical roots and genesis of inert-ethnic conflicts in the Balkans – in the first place that of Kosovo. The role of Great Powers is also analyzed in the article.
